We would like to present to you the next issue of the monthly AEROHELP.today journal for the month of August 2019.

We devoted the month of August to the preparations for the 9th St. Petersburg Air Law Conference, which will be held on October 4, 2019. The Conference is the main legal event of civil aviation in Russia, which is attended by leading legal experts from around the world. This year, four law firms are among the Partners of the Conference – Oracle Solicitors (London), Studio Pierallini (Rome), Norina and Partners (Vladivostok), Attorneys Group (Moscow) and Sokolov, Maslov and partners (Moscow).

Also in the issue is a review of the air legislation of Russia and the European Union, as well as expert opinions of David Sprecher (Zur Hadassa, Israel) about the relationship between tour Operators and Airlines, Maria José Vegas (Lisbon, Portugal) on groundhandling market issues, Chrystel Erotokritou (Nicosia, Cyprus) about the additional compensation under Article 12 of the Regulation EC 261 and Andre Soutelino (São Paulo, Brazil) on the reorganization of the Oceanair.
