In 2000 he graduated from Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University (SPSU) in the specialty "Jurisprudence".
In 2003 he graduated from the graduate school at the Department of Commercial Law at St. Petersburg State University (SPSU).
At present time he is a Lecturer on Civil Law at the Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg and some of the leading Law Institutes of Moscow.
At present time he is a lecture at the St. Petersburg Bar Institute.
He is a Partner of the Russian law firm, an attorney since 2001.
He was awarded the recognition of the international directory Best Lawyers as one of the leading lawyers in the field of construction, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets in St. Petersburg and named "Lawyer of the Year" in the field of real estate (2014).
He is a Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Arbitration Court of the North-West Area.
He is a Member of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Court of Intellectual Property Rights.
He is a Member of the Committee on Legislation of non-commercial partnership "Guild of Managers and Developers".
Regularly conducts discussion panels and seminars on the reform of the civil legislation, including changes in the provisions of the Civil Code of Russian Federation.
