Increasing the level of professional knowledge in the field of sales of air cargo services, contractual work, including marketing component, the organization of workflow, the order of cargo movement and information, the settlement system. The course examines in detail the requirements for cargo agents and cargo, the organization of work with claims. The course is taught in Russian.
1. The structure and organization of cargo aviation system:
1.1. Certificates and licenses to carry out activities on cargo;
1.2. The structure of the air cargo complex. Schematic diagram of the terminal;
1.3. Process zone;
1.4. Types of warehouses at the terminal and their characteristic differences;
1.5. Information systems cargo terminal;
1.6. Technological support and quality system in the processing of goods and service airlines.
2. The organization of flow of documents, the order of movement of cargo and information. Settlement System:
2.1. Contracts and documents on implementation of activities. The scheme of flow of documents;
2.2. Information and Advisory Centre. Driving traffic information;
2.3. Sale and clearance of air cargo;
2.4. Admission / delivery of cargo to air cargo terminal. Driving the movement of freight;
2.5. Organization of the system of mutual settlements for maintenance of freight traffic, transportation and service address.
3. Requirements for cargo agents and cargo. Claim work:
3.1. Legal basis for air cargo shipping;
3.2. Requirements for cargo agents and service companies;
3.3. The responsibility of the shipper, the carrier and the cargo agent;
3.4. Requirements for packaging and labeling. Manipulation signs;
3.5. Features of the transportation of various cargo on domestic and international flights;
3.6. Requirements to the goods transported by air;
3.7. Claim work. Damage, loss and tracing of cargo and mail.
