International Air Law Moot Court

The Institute of Air and Space Law AEROHELP is happy to announce the Third edition of the International Air Law Moot Court Competition, which will be held in Minsk from 7 to 9 October 2025. This year, the competition is being organised in collaboration with the Belarusian State University, which has kindly agreed to provide the necessary courtrooms, equipment and working environment for the planned events. During the first two days, on 7-8 October, teams will compete in Preliminary Rounds, while the Semi-final Rounds and Final Round of the International Air Law Moot Court Competition will be held on October 9. The Air Law Moot Court is a unique opportunity for students studying international law to try themselves as participants in a trial, both on the Applicant and Respondent sides of a litigation, starting from preparing their arguments in written Memorials to presenting their case orally in front of a panel of respected judges, competing in oratory against the opposing team. Without a doubt, networking during the competition will allow student teams members to broaden their horizons and establish contacts around the world.

We invite interested Universities from different countries to send a team to participate in the competition!
