Education: 

In 1988 he graduated from the A.F. Myasnikov Kachinskoyoe Military Aviation Order of Lenin of the Red Banner Pilot School (KVVAUL) in the specialty "pilot-engineer".

In 2002 he completed the courses of special training of the Joint ATM System Experts.

In 2013 he completed the advanced training of ATM Serviсes personnel on the program: "Organization of the aeronautical information services of airports and operators."

Other Activities: 

From 1988 to 1996 he was a pilot, senior pilot, aviation unit commander, deputy commander of an aviation squadron - the Chief of Staff.

From 1996 to 2002 he was the Flight Control Officer, the Head of the Flight Control Center.

From 2002 to 2007 he was the Senior Assistant of shift supervisor to monitor the flight regime in the military sector of the St. Petersburg Area Center of Joint ATM System.

From 2007 to 2012 he was the Deputy Head of the Team of planning and coordination of airspace use in the St. Petersburg Area Center of Joint ATM System.

From 2012 to present – the Head of the Aeronautical Information Group at the St. Petersburg Area Center of Joint ATM System.
